Central sector subsidy scheme (csis) provided by ministry of human resource and developmentInterest reimbursementApplicable to EWS students with gross parental/family income up to 4.50 lakh per year as on date of availing loan, interest subsidy is available during moratorium period for recognizes technical/ professional courses in India only once either for undergraduate or post graduate. The loan amount if covered up to 7.50 lakhs with conditions that, there is no collateral security and third-party guarantee for the loan (applicable form FY 2018-19 and 2019-20)
Padho Pradesh central scheme of interest subsidy for minorities provided by ministry of minority affairsInterest reimbursementApplicable to students from minority communities with gross parental/family income up to 6.00 lakh per year as on date of availing loan for overseas studies to pursue approved courses at master, M.Phil. & Ph.D. level for loan up to 20 lakh sanctioned and disbursed after 01.04.2013 interest subsidy is available only once during moratorium period.
Dr. Ambedkar central scheme of interest subsidy on education loan for overseas studies for obc & ebc provide by ministry of social justice and empowermentInterest reimbursementStudents of ebc & obc secured admission in the university abroad for masters, M.Phil. & Ph.D. level courses with overall family income of not more than 2.50 lacs per annum for ebcs and 8.00 lacs for obcs (creamy layer) are eligible for interest subsidy during moratorium period i.e., course period plus one year or six months after getting job, whichever is earlier.
