Moisture content

  • The Hazelnut Kernels shall have a moisture content not exceeding 6.0 per cent.
  • In any case the hazelnut kernels must be free from surface moisture. The moisture content may be determine by the Rapid Method, but in case the maximum value mentioned above is exceeded, the value must be verified by the Laboratory Method.
