Basic Requirements:

·       Similar Varietal Characteristics 

·       Firm;

·       Fairly Well Colored;

·       Fairly Well Formed;

·       Fairly Smooth; And,

·       Not Woody.

Ø Free From: Unusable Material.

Free From Damage By:

·       Soft Rot;

·       Growth Cracks;

·       Sunburn;

·       Green Core;

·       Pithy Core;

·       Watercore;

·       Internal Discoloration;

·       Oil Spray;

·       Freezing;

·       Dry Rot;

·       Other Disease;

·       Insects; And,

·       Mechanical Or Other Means.

Ø Free From Serious Damage By: Soft Rot. 

Basic Requirements:

·       Similar Varietal Characteristics;

·       Firm;

·       Fairly Well Colored;

·       Not Badly Misshapen;

·       Not Excessively Rough; And, 

·       Not Woody.

Ø Free From: Unusable Material.

Ø Free From Damage By: Soft Rot.

Free From Serious Damage By:

·       Soft Rot; And,

·       Any Other Cause.
