Serwa is a fast growing hybrid with moderate vigor and rather early maturity. Because of its short growing season, it is possible to accomplish 5 cycles per year in tropical conditions. Kernel quality is excellent and with very good taste. It is sticky and quite sweet, with a combination of 75% waxy and 25% sweet kernels. Ideal for boiling or roasting. |
