  • THE PRODUCT SHALL BE FREE FROM CONTAMINATION WITH KHESRI DAL PEAD, MAIZE FLOUR AND ADDED STARCH.
  • THE PRODUCT SHALL BE FREE FROM INSECT  AND FUBGUS INFESTION PATHOGENIC ORGANISM LIKE SALMONALLA, ADDED COLOURING MATTER, GRIT AND PRESERVATIVES.
  • IT SHALL BE FREE FROM ADULTERANTS IMPURITIES AND FROM OTHER EXTRANEOUS MATTER INCLUDING RODENT EXCRETA.
  • ON MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION, THE PRODUCT SHALL EXHIBIT THE SPECIFIED CHARACTERISTIC APPEARANCE OF CELLULAR STRUCTURE
  • IT SHALL CONFORM TO THE PROVISION OF RULE 57A AND 57 B OF THE PREVENTION OF FOOD ADULTERATION MYCOTOINS INCLUDING AFLATOXIN.
  • IT SHALL NOT HAVE URIC ACID CONTENT MORE THEN 100 MICROGRAM/KG.
