• The unit suitable for washing the various fruits & vegetables. The product dumped into the washer where an air blower attached to the unit would agitate it and subsequently wash it by a strong water spray.
• The body of the unit made out of P.P. Belt and the unit complete with drive mechanism, a specially designed S. S. take off conveyor fabricated from S.S. sheet for conveying the fruits/vegetables and draining the water while conveying. The conveyor designed in such a way so that the product should not go sideways. Also the slats of the conveyor fitted on a robust P.P. chain. A S.S. hood with spray nozzle should be provided for final rinsing of the product. The unit should be also provided with a turbine blower, pump, suitable pipeline, geared motor etc.

The product is subject to four stages of washing.

• Soaking into the water.
• Agitation in the water.
• Subjecting to strong water spray.
• Draining after washing

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT :

• Kindly appreciate that this is a capital investment and we have to invest money for procuring raw materials in advance hence our payment terms are as below.
• 50% along with confirmation of Supply Order
• 40% against Proforma Invoice before dispatch of material with 100% tax amount, on inspection of ordered material, at our works, by you
• 5% immediate after erection (fitting) & 5% after commissioning (trial run-testing) of the whole plant machinery & PUF panel

Order :

• Should be placed in favour of “MECH-AIR INDUSTRIES”
• GST : 18% extra as applicable at the time of delivery / proforma invoice before dispatch
• DELIVERY : 30-45 DAYS
• PACKAGING : 2 % EXTRA.
• VALIDITY : 90 Days
• FREIGHT :TO PAY, at actuals
• INSURANCE : EXTRA by you

ERECTION & COMMISSIONING :

• We will depute a team of Two or three technicians for erection & Commissioning, D/A Rs.2500/- per day per person & the traveling (to & from) Expenses, Lodging, Boarding to be given by Buyer. You have to arrange the local persons for helping.
• The buyer should provide to & fro Air charges, decent Hotel Accommodation & Boarding, local conveyance to our technical Directors at the time commissioning (Trial Run)
• WARRANTEE : MECH AIR shall ensure that all materials (except electricals) and workmanship are under warranty. Warranty shall be 12 months for any manufacturing defect or faulty workmanship (normal wear and tear excepted).
