FLOWERS

SOLITARY IN THE LEAF AXILS OR SOMETIMES APPEARING RACEMOSE BY REDUCTION OF UPPER LEAVES; PALE VIOLET OR VIOLET BLUE TO PALE BLUE OR WHITE.

FRUITS

CAPSULES CYLINDRICAL, 5-14 MM LONG.

SEEDS

OBLONG TO ELLIPSOID, 0.5 MM LONG, RETICULATE.
